Appointments are available by reservation to provide each patient with dedicated, uninterrupted time.
Tuesday through Friday. The booking system is available 24/7, and your appointment confirmation is automatic. Calls and emails are returned within one business day.
All in-office visits are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. Booking the right service in advance ensures the right provider is scheduled and the right time is reserved.
The office is closed for major US holidays. Specific closure dates are noted at the top of the booking system as they approach.

Sante Health is a cash-pay practice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Zelle. Superbills can be provided for select visit types so you can submit to your carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a $50 fee or up to 50% of the scheduled service cost, whichever is greater. Reschedules with at least 24 hours' notice are no-charge.

A phone, tablet, or computer with a working camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. We'll send a secure telehealth link a few minutes before your appointment.
Sante Health is not an emergency medical facility. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, symptoms of stroke, severe injury, or any medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Yes. Sante Health is currently accepting new patients across California for telehealth care, and at our Westlake Village office for in-office services.
Telehealth visits are video-based to support comprehensive clinical assessment. If you have technology concerns, our team can walk you through setup before your appointment.
Initial consultations are typically available within one to two weeks. Same-week appointments occasionally open up; the booking system shows real-time availability.
Patients in active care have a designated channel for follow-up questions and routine concerns through the patient portal. Urgent clinical questions during business hours can be left at (805) 370-0000 and are returned the same business day.
