Lovelle Valencia is the Founder and Lead Provider of Sante Health, where she has helped reimagine the practice around three interconnected pillars: Mind, Metabolism, and MedSpa. As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she integrates primary care, brain health, metabolic medicine, and lifestyle medicine through The Sante Method to develop highly personalized care plans that support both physical and emotional well-being.
Drawing from years of experience in hospital medicine, preventive care, and functional medicine, Lovelle focuses on identifying the underlying factors influencing health while helping patients optimize longevity, metabolic wellness, cognitive performance, and quality of life.
Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that fatigue, inflammation, weight changes, mood disturbances, skin concerns, and cognitive decline are deeply interconnected. They're reflections of underlying metabolic imbalance, not isolated conditions to be treated in parallel.
That perspective comes from a clinical background spanning hospital medicine, critical care, endocrinology, gastroenterology, infectious disease, and psychiatric mental health, with experience working alongside specialists in hormone and metabolic health, gut health, chronic inflammation, and complex disease management throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Additional training in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), metabolic and longevity medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and psychiatric mental health through UC Davis shaped The Sante Method's holistic approach: evidence-based medicine combined with personalized wellness strategies, advanced diagnostics, regenerative therapies, and lifestyle medicine.
She founded Sante Health for a population the traditional system rarely serves well: high-functioning adults whose labs read "normal" while their bodies tell a different story. The clinical posture she brings to those patients is patient-as-participant, conservative on dosing, and skeptical of any reading that doesn't pull together patterns across multiple panels. The patients who do best here aren't looking to be fixed in one visit. They're looking for somebody who'll explain what's actually happening, then help them act on it.

Sante Health is built around three interconnected pillars—Mind, Metabolism, and MedSpa. Through The Sante Method, our multidisciplinary team integrates primary care, psychiatric mental health, metabolic medicine, endocrinology, and physician-led medical aesthetics into one coordinated, personalized model designed to improve health, longevity, confidence, and quality of life.
Brain health, hormones, metabolism, nutrition, inflammation, and lifestyle all influence one another. Understanding these connections allows us to deliver more personalized care.
Sante Health works collaboratively with primary care physicians, specialists, psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, patient-centered care.
Every recommendation follows a structured, evidence-based framework designed to create measurable, sustainable improvements in health.
Every patient relationship begins with a comprehensive consultation. We take time to understand your medical history, lifestyle, health goals, and concerns before developing a personalized care plan through The Sante Method. Depending on your needs, your care may also include collaboration with our physician medical directors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
Whether you're seeking brain health optimization, metabolic medicine, diabetes care, hormone optimization, longevity medicine, or physician-led medical aesthetics, the clinical leadership team at Sante Health is here to help you build a personalized roadmap toward lifelong wellness through The Sante Method.
Patients typically begin with a comprehensive Metabolic Health consultation or a service-specific intake (such as Medical Weight Loss or Hormone Optimization). The first visit covers history, goals, and the appropriate metabolic screening for your presentation. From there, your plan is built around your specific data, not a default protocol.
